Hi,I’m very sorry you didn’t satisfy your purchase,but is there any chance you could be fair of the review?i listed the boots $150 and you offered $30 I accepted just to be nice,and there is clearly measurements on the pictures,Plus fast shipping,I really don’t think I deserve just one star,I will really appreciate if you could update the review and take it serious.

Hi I'm very sorry the shoes did not I am a size 5 those boots are wearable to me even though they are size 6 with thick socks. If it was an issue, you had no obligation to accept the package and could have asked for a return. I always strive to deliver the best customer service and hope that the ratings can be based off of that considering I am not the manufacturer. I would really appreciate a fair rating like @shawna_621 is asking, considering a return was an option.
