maguireo @babysydney Hi Kelliann, I am super confused on how payment works. I keep receiving offers but the funds do not transfer in time and then customers back out of the deal. What is going on?

babysydney @maguireo the funds will be added to your account once the sale has been received by the buyer and accepted. They have to list a credit card or bank account in order to make a purchase so I’m not sure how they’re backing out? If someone makes a purchase you will receive a shipping label by email. Once you get it then you ship it, they get it and accept, you get paid. If they’re saying anything different they haven’t made a purchase.
