desireshoppe @dance1027 hi! I'm sorry you thought the boot toppers were socks. The 5th picture clearly shows that they are not and the exact measurements were listed. That's what they are, toppers, meant to be worn on the knee above tall boots. Based on that, I think your rating was unfair but that's OK. Happy Poshing!
