oliviag523 @jendavis08021 hi, so I debated whether to do four or five stars. I went with four because you sent an unwanted item for having late shipping. I thought maybe you were trying to be nice but the earrings had a missing gem in them and the gem on the necklace was glued on crooked so I’m not sure who would actually use that item and honestly just felt like you were trying to get rid of some junk.

oliviag523 @jendavis08021 If that wasn’t the case I’m sorry, but now I have this item that I didn’t want and I don’t know what to do with and I don’t want to just throw it away but I’m trying to downsize the things I have and I don’t want this and will never use it. I would recommend in the future just sticking to people’s orders.

Put yourself in the place of your customer. You asked for my opinion, there is no reason you need to be unprofessional.
