@oliviadunn670 I would say it's a little big for a small, considering the style and bust measurement of 18.5", but the waist unstretched is about 26" around. And, of course it's loose style. I'm sorry I didn't see your response sooner. I got a phone call and didn't get back to my computer. I'll try to make an offer to you with discounted shipping now. Thanks so much.
