jackie2685 @ol1v1ac Once you get started and into a routine that works for you, you’ll be on your way. How much time you want to spend is up to you. Obviously the more you spend... Usually the more results. I think I'm somewhere in the middle between relaxed and go for it. I'm here any questions, just ask!
