moderizah Hi so sorry, the Gucci shoes had a bit of the udersole on the heel coming off, I thought best to get the the cobler to put new ones before sending them off, his apprentice obviously wasn't so good and messed them up even more. I am sorry I have to cancel the order dear. I apologize for the inconvenience indeed. 🙏

moderizah @swankyeye oh no! I guess I shouldn't have had a tantrum about it, sorry dear, I was rushing to work and was just so upset I threw the shoes in the cobbler's thrash to emphasize my unhappiness. My regular shoe guy is great! but closed up because of the virus. This was a place I found on yelp.... I was already upset with their 2 day repair estimate turning to over 5 days, always an excuse when I called. I really am so sorry dear.... what a mess of a situation indeed!

moderizah @swankyeye oh yes! lol, I know I might have overreacted...😣🤣 but I was getting rather frustrated not getting a Straight answer from these folks when the shoes will be ready. I try to mail out orders at least a day after it's sold. This was taking way too long and they were being kind of evasive. I figured out why when I went there.
