Everybody will consider a reasonable offer. However offering 20% of the listed asking price is not something I would entertain. Especially since I’m already offering free shipping. What comes from behavior like that, is people increase their prices so that when someone does succeed in brow beating them down in price, it’s not a total and complete loss.
