vs62 Why did you lie on your listing for the lotion I bought? It’s not new. Not sealed. Opened. And maybe even tried/used . I opened a case for a full refund and you’ve yet to even apologize for being dishonest. Shame on you as a seller.

olliesoldgold @vs62 I was replying the other day but stopped to avoid a hostile response. You have every right to be annoyed and dissatisfied with your purchase. She received it as a gift and took it at face value that it was new. She’s wont even let me sell perfume if it’s missing any, follows the rules. So be upset we weren’t thorough enough, I completely understand

olliesoldgold @vs62 normally, I’d message and say kept the product bc of our mistake and will issue the refund. However l, from the jump, you said we lied and insinuated we could have filled it with “fake product”. A valid concern but one that would have never crossed my mind. Led me to believe you would t want the product. Again, be upset, we dropped the ball and i apologize but attacking our integrity from the start i decided to just let poshmark handle it.

vs62 @olliesoldgold keep my money. I’ve thrown the item in trash as it’s not sanitary to use opened. And not sealed as NEW. You need the money worse than I do to have not done the right thing to begin with.

vs62 @olliesoldgold no hostility from me at all. Just upsetting asa buyer to purchase something “ for the body/skin” and having to throw it away due to it being opened. Thats just not sanitary to go on my body and skin. Regardless of how you felt with my comment. I’m well within my rights to have been upset as a buyer. You’ll hear nothing further from me. -
