jacciluv2shop I have a question about my unit I received today. I pulled a piece of hair and burned it. I thought you stated this was a human hair wig? Human hair does not smell like that.

jacciluv2shop @ollyabba Is the expression braiding at the ends, or throughout? If I keep this can I wet the hair and condition it because it is itching me really bad. I'm sorry young lady but the last question will determine if I keep it. I have been impatiently waiting on this. Let me know please?

ollyabba @jacciluv2shop I’m sorry to hear about that. Expression braiding hair does not itch at all. I think that most have resulted from strands of hair from when I was trimming the braids. Its like getting a hair cut, the strands coming from the hair cut could irritate your skin and cause itching

ollyabba Yes definitely you can wet and condition the hair. That should take care of the little strands causing irritation

jacciluv2shop @ollyabba Sorry young Lady. I will have to change my rating. I have cut the lace, wet the hair and put on hair softener and this is still itching. I believe the scalp is humane hair but the extensions are synthetic. I was going to buy another unit from you but I can't. This is crazy. I have to find a way for this to work for me. I am deeply disappointed. I will change my rating and make comments when I get to work. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable.

ollyabba @jacciluv2shop I am deeply sorry I did not mean for you or anyone to experience any type of discomfort wearing my braids. I have been using those same hair (expressions braiding) hair on clients and never received any such complaints otherwise I would not have used it. It surprises me that this is happening. Thank you for your feedback I am truly sorry.
