omaira_o @zentrigue That is such a sweet thing you did for your wife! And your first visit to Poshmark? It was meant to be! I always try and ship within two days of receiving an order. As soon as I get home tonight, I will package and drop it off to the front desk. It will get picked up tomorrow and begin its journey to you & your lovely wife.

That necklace (the first one) arrived split in two because it was packaged in a bubble wrap envelope 🙄 I allied the company and explained that those can be bent in transit. The company said they would send me another (free of charge) and proceeded to mail it... it the same bubble wrap envelope!😳🤣 It’s a wonder it also didn’t arrive broken! 🤣

omaira_o @zentrigue Hello! I packaged and handed the glasses to the front desk in my building on August 11th. I just checked the status and it says “Pending USPS Scan”. It should have been scanned by now. As soon as I get a tracking number, I will send that to you. (I also included some wrapping paper, ribbon and a free pair of earrings for your wife’s birthday!)

omaira_o @zentrigue Hello. My doorman said the package was picked up Saturday (the day after you placed your order). I will go to the Post Office tomorrow and see what the hold up is. I will also place an inquiry with Poshmark and see if there’s anything they can do on their end. I’ve never had any issues with pick ups or deliveries.
