banditcat Hello. We received a recent rating comment regarding damaged merchandise. If there are stains, then by all means the item should be returned. The process is very simple. All you need to do is open a case with Poshmark to request a refund. We'll accept the return and they will send an email for return mail. In 300+ items sold, this is a first for us. So sorry it happened on your order!

casanovafly @banditcat therein lies the problem........ I accepted the order because I already decided to donate it. The price being what it was has me not wanting to bother for a refund. Besides I accepted and Poshmark won’t let me return. So we can leave as is?
