sharihines @bobosimpson the item was already liked, I go into the listing where u counter offered the first time, but the only option I have is to make an offer then it shows the $7.11 shipping. I’m new at all this. This is the only counteroffer I can see. This is too much hassle. I’ll just past but thank you anyway.

bobosimpson @sharihines I understand, if your looking at this on your phone, at your main screen at the bottom of the screen there's a 🔔 icon that says news if you click on that your notifications will come up. That's where the offer is, it'll be available till tomorrow.

sharihines @bobosimpson I am on an iPad and I do hit the bell,then isotope theofferand click and I see your counteroffer. It still wants me to make an offer. If I click o the actual posting where u counterofferred, it just takes to yr homepage. Maybe I need to put the app on my phone.

sharihines @bobosimpson I found it, I did that, but on the screen it goes to is makean offer and the original shipping. Once I’m into your counteroffer,there is no option on that page to hit accept offer. I do have an email out to Posh and asked for their help. Nothing back yet

They were addressed to my 12 year old daughter- who does not have an account. I contacted Poshmark but, no response. Who did you sell them to? danielled76 @bobosimpson I have multiple times- I just wanted you to know. I would think you would want to contact Poshmark as well. Why did they send you the wrong address? How did they get my address confused? The only reason I asked for your email was to send you a photo to confirm the shoes. I’m sure when the buyer does not receive them they will want their money back. You will be out the money and the shoes. I would think you would be just as upset as me.

bobosimpson @danielled76 What your saying doesn't make any sense, even if there's plenty of Omar Johnson's, there's only one with this address. Also, you're saying someone else isn't getting their product, WHO isn't getting their product, someone from your house ordered it!!! No one would order an item for this much and ship it to your house using your daughters name.

danielled76 @bobosimpson I don’t know! That’s the problem. You should contact the buyer. Who was the buyer? What’s their username- I’ll contact them. You have the money now but, again they don’t have the shoes. They will want their money back. I don’t understand why you don’t want to know why Poshmark gave you a 12 year olds name.

danielled76 @bobosimpson I have sent 4 emails to Poshmark support, 2 Facebook posts and 2 Instagram messages. There is no phone number and I do not know who the buyer so, I can’t contact them. You, the buyer and I were all scammed (?) again, I have no idea why you are upset with me.

danielled76 @bobosimpson there is no buyer listed on Poshmark that matches the name on the label. You can see that I did not buy your shoes. Right now I have the shoes, the buyer will be looking for them and want their money back. You will have to return the money and you won’t have the shoes. How are you not upset about this? And why are you upset with me. I could have resold the shoes and you would have no idea. Contact the buyer, ask them their address

I have them, whoever sent you the money does not. End of story. Have you spoken to the buyer? Are they happy? You sent a package to a 12 year old girl- why? I have asked you for nothing except to contact the seller and make sure you have the correct address.

I thought you would want to send them to the correct person so, that you could keep your money. bobosimpson @danielled76 Why, and how would someone get your 12 year old daughters info ?? An again, if it was purchased there has to be a credit card or something to track the purchaser. A bank or credit card company does these things, not a reseller on Poshmark.

danielled76 @bobosimpson I don’t know-that’s why I was asking you about the seller-you have been in communication with them- seen their profile etc. I was looking for help as to how someone got my daughters information. Do they have the same name? Do we live in sane town but different states etc. Im sure Poshmark will be in touch with you when the buyer complains that you did not send their shoes. I would have been happy to return the shoes to you or send them to the correct buyer. This is NOT a scam! I don’t want or need the shoes. Think about how scary that is. Why don’t you want to know why Poshmark gave you that name and address?!? I have email proof that I have tried to contact Poshmark for days. bobosimpson @danielled76 Lady I think I would be scared that anyone has that kind of info also. But you know how this app works, I have something purchased, I put the item in a box. An I ship the item out, why would I think I'm shipping something to a child ?? I only know this because you said it was your child and again, did you contact Poshmark with this info ?? I would've called the police and everything else not the seller.

danielled76 @bobosimpson the only name/address I have is yours so, if I contact the police I’m sure they will be in touch with you. You have attacked me this entire time. I have not asked you for anything. I only wanted you to get in touch with the buyer. You also have not confirmed that the buyer is legitimate. I have absolutely NO idea how or why I received the shoes. I only wanted answers. Hopefully Poshmark will get involved and help to figure this out.

Why would I need a picture I know what was sent, again why would my email help you with anything ?? Several of your messages don't seem concerned about your "so called" daughter's safety or how your info was breached. Your just telling me you want to ship them to the correct seller or me, AGAIN it's a ridiculous story.

But I completely have failed to understand why if all this was happening to you wouldn't take it very seriously and be on the phone with everyone your could, not me. You literally have the same info I have, why are you concerned with delivering shoes and not the safety of your info and your "so called daughter" ???

Also why would I need your email for some scam when I have your address. The truth… I received a package from you, addressed to my daughter, that I did not order. That is it. No scam from me.
