starreader Hi, Thanks for shopping my closet, & for the 5-star rating. To clean your new Tibetan necklace you can use regular (non-gel) toothpaste & a soft-bristle toothbrush. Work the toothpaste up into a lather & rub off w a damp cloth & polish, then polish with a soft cloth. Tribal silver is a zinc alloy that doesn't like water, so avoid rinsing the piece or immersing it in water. I hope you love your new jewelry :)
