@onnahelm hi!sorry for the delay,I couldn’t call herbalife that night bc they were closed so I call them but unfortunately they didn’t want to provide me the status of your order because it wasn’t under my name but they say that they will be happy to start an investigation with fedex to see why it shows as delivered and if it doesn’t turn up they will replace your products immediately, 1 866 866 4744 call and they will ask you for your order number which often has a letter Y included.
