hello! im so sorry you're so disappointed in the item. I always keep my word since I'm an ambassador. I shipped your item the day you purchased. due to covid usps is delivering longer than expected, trust me youre not the only one but I ubderstabd because I want the item asap because I get excited recieving kinda like a gift! and I'm not sure if you've recently been out shopping, but that is how the item looks like in real life. sorry for your disappointment
