Hello, you purchased the Alex and Ani butterfly bracelet and left a 2 star rating because “it is dirty.” These bangles are silver plated, they tarnish over time (not dirt) even new ones like this. The photos depicted exactly what to expect. Just give the bracelet a quick polish with inexpensive silver polish and it will shine brightly. I will mention this to buyers going forward, thanks for pointing it out. Pls give it a try and reconsider your rating. Thx

@robinlovelyy If you know it needs to be worked on, you could have done it yourself. We sell a lot of bracelets, we never sent them to a customer like that.
