ocrahope Hi @cecimstyle , we are so sorry for the delay. We have had a bit of an emergency on our end. Long story short, we haven't shipped your order yet because we cannot locate two of the items - The Lisa blue top and the Lisa JT grosgrain top. I've been looking through our entire inventory and back since Monday this week trying to find them, it's as if they just vanished...

thethriftyowl @ocrahope in order to cancel I would have to go through Support and it might take 24-48 hours to get this reset. Is there a way on your side to cancel an order as the seller so I can just pick my items again.

ocrahope Hey @cecimstyle , yes we can cancel the order on our side - However, Poshmark will not "un-sold" the listings so we have to remake them. When we do, I will tag you in a comment with the URLs for the new listings. Did you see other items you like? It would be very easy to "swap" the 2 items we cannot find for items of similar value, I'd be willing to do an extra item or two for your inconvenience. Let me know what you would like to do!

ocrahope @cecimstyle Yeah it's been crazy here but I think we're finally ready to go again, we have quite a backlog to catch up on. We will start listing more items again soon! I'm not sure when exactly the event for this year will be, but when I find out I'll make a listing or something of that sort to let everyone know!
