modestpinkdot @yayadahhling u dont need a license to sell its only if u want to buy wholesale at a better price but it depends how u want to open ur boutique. I for example have a business license and my own online store www.pinkdotboutique.com and i sell on different platforms like Ebay, facebook, instagram pinterest twitter. Depends how far u want to go.
