purplekittykohl So what was I suppose to improve on, the item was as described, good pics of item, clean item, very well package with bubble wrap stuffing & tissue paper! so it keep its shape! Fun stickers that say thank & nice thank you note!!!... I guess if I would have sent you a free gift you would have give me 3stars... 😞 I made $3.55 off sale. Took all that care & you give me 4 stars say I can improve!!!😞 not cool!!!

purplekittykohl @pirataliek I reacted that way because 2 other sales where everything is described good & good pics showing flaws or not flaws! they also low price sales & the people acted like They didn't read or understand what they were buying! one of them I went out my to make sure they understood & still gave me 3 star rating after I tried to make sure they were clear. Another item was going to giveaway free with $25 sale or $6 alone. Because of flaws!

purplekittykohl @pirataliek In your case do appreciate sale, but the pics show all flaws even little scratch mark under the bill part of cap! I know I doubled checked because when I was packing your item i wanted to make sure, cause other wise I was going let you know to see if still wanted but since clearly in pics I didn't worry thinking you looked over good. I also realize you don't need anything free from me; I was upset.

purplekittykohl @pirataliek I felt 4 stars was good but it was comment 'could improve' upset me to be honest! I try very hard to for customer service. I had five star rating till those two low ticket sales. now I have 4.8. So I felt need to defend myself. And normally I keep my cool. Those experiences It made start screening people before I sell to them. Especially after I read this happened to another good seller or more... Anyway best wishes to you.. LeeAnne
