@naomihk Hmmmm. Thanks for the info, but I beg to differ. I saw online Steelers pot holders, lanyards and a host of other non wearable items. So what would the "other" be when someone is listing an item for sale? But....thanks.

@naomihk Wow! If you search "kitchen", you'll hit the jackpot of supposed non-compliant (that was the word you were going for, right "compliant" and not complainant?) So I found all on the first page alone: kitchen towels, several coffee mugs, several wall decors, a sugar canister, 2 different cookbooks, a cutlery set and even an LED rope light......So all of those sellers are selling things that are not compliant with Poshmark?

@steelcurtain74 Yeah I know, you’re not the only one. They didn’t read Poshmark’s guidelines and policy. It’s imperative to read the policies of any platform you plan to sell on so you know what you want to sell is a good fit. I’m not coming down on you or anything. I just wanted to bring it to your attention :)
I guess the “other” category can be clothes pop pins or iron on patches or something. I don’t know, everything I sell has a designated category.

@steelcurtain74 I am also a Posh Ambassador but I don’t advertise it lol. You can find it at the bottom, click on your profile button in the right corner. At the bottom, it will say “Poshmark support center” > “community guidelines” and you should find what I said under, “What Poshmark is not for” in all caps. Also google, “What can I sell on Poshmark”. No problem, happy poshing 💕 :)

@naomihk Oh, OK. I did go onto the Poshmark reuglations and saw that it stated: Poshmark is a marketplace for women's, kids' and men's fashion and accessories. Please refrain from listing items that do not fall into these categories, as they clutter the marketplace and make shopping for fashion more difficult and less enjoyable for others. That was a direct quote from them. So I guess by them saying "refrain" it means that you shouldn't but doesn't say if there are repercussions.

@naomihk There is only 1 item that I have non-wearable and it's a one time thing that I'll go to sell anything non-wearable. If Poshmark contacts me to take it down, than I'll have to comply, but will also question all the many, many others who probably do it all the time and with several different items to sell. @steelcurtain74 No problem! The repercussions I saw in the past is you can get your page suspended. Also you will not be protected against a scammer type situation if your non complainant item sells because you wasn’t supposed to sell it in the first place, same is true if you buy a non complainant item from someone else and that’s how Poshmark customers service may or may not see it.

@steelcurtain74 I would avoid that situation by removing the listing and selling it somewhere else. Other people may report it. I’m not going to report because I’m not a butt face but others may haha.
