jenmartravels Hello, please reply on my messages, and let me know. I want my item back, usps attempted to deliver the package just last 13th but they cannot access your location. I tracked the package and it says they have no access, i want my funds this week, this cause so much delay. My Funds is still pending here Not good in business! Hope u understand. Thank you!

pagehuffman @jenmartravels hello, I am so sorry... I never saw you messaged me.... I'm not sure why ups cannot deliver but they have not left a note or anything about trying to deliver the package. I am a nurse and have been working the last 9 days straight, so I will call tomorrow

pagehuffman @jenmartravels We have both been waiting for over a week, please don't forget that. I am on the phone with ups right now (customer service doesn't open until 8am... it is 9 am in my time zone) the wait time to speak with someone is 57min. However, If you would like to somehow request to have the bag shipped back to you and issue a full refund I will be more than happy to oblige. I am sorry this has been a rough purchase/sell for both of us.
