sara_j_c88 Hi! I’m sorry that the Old Navy pair did not work out. The size on the flip flops clearly states size 7, not 6-7 as you said. Maybe Old Navy shoes run small? I’m not sure. I don’t believe a 2 star rating is quite fair, as the items were as described and shipping was timely. Not asking you to change the rating though, just stating my opinion. Again, sorry that pair did not work out for you and I hope the other pair fits.
