paigeolson33 @lovemystyle_ I did contact them and they said I had to call the mail carrier which I did. USPS said they will send the package to the return address which would be your address. That is the only way they retrieve it. And have it reshipped, they might mail you a new shipping label though to re send to me. I’ve reached out to both the mail carrier and poshmark
