cams___closet Hi Paige, I am sorry you were not 100% happy with your purchase. The pictures I post of my items go as if & its customer discretion whether they want to buy them or not. I can ensure there was no nail dragged on them. It’s more than likely a deep scuff mark or scratch mark. Try using house items like baking soda, nail polish remover, an eraser, or toothpaste. Alot of stores along with Amazon also sell shoe polish made for white sneakers also. Hope this helps a little. -Cam
