I spoke with the post office consumer affairs I talked to a gentle name Terry he said the package was lost or damaged and customer service Terry said you have too file a claim or send send another jacket. Just need to know how this can settle. And I really needed a jacket. Ok thank you.

busyinbliss @2himiowe I am so sorry about all of this. I have sold over 500 items online and USPS has never lost any of them before. I have filed a claim via USPS and Posh. I will keep you updated on how they proceed. Unfortunately I do not have any other jackets in that size currently. Please keep in mind that this is a mistake through USPS and I shipped next day, as promised. Please let me know if you have any issues moving forward. Thank you!
