wuzzas @trishvan99 Patty, you said I could ask you questions ...I messed up my second sale and I wanted to ask you for help. I sold an antique kimono, agreed on a price printed the label and shipped it off in a priority mail medium flat rate box. The recipient had to pay extra upon receipt and blocked me from her account so I couldn't ask her what I did wrong.

trishvan99 @wuzzas you cannot use the flat rate box at all. She most likely will contact Poshmark and get reimbursed for the difference. Flat rate us just that, the box-depending on size is one price. She paid the $6.49 + the difference of the flat rate fee.

trishvan99 @wuzzas you can use any priority mail box or envelope-see are free and say mailing box. Or any box, I wrap in Brown paper if it's not attractive or turn inside out.
