pharper999 @disutter I'd rather you include the leather necklace with filligree disc at a discount if you have someway to charge me additional 20? Ironically I have a single of that earring also so was making a pair but I'm ok with the other posher getting it as I will have a full pair now. My problem is I can't do brass I only do sterling . I already have a bit if Silpada so depends on the earrings you mean to send? I'm easy, just have sensitivity issues to the KR stuff

disutter I did not use a poshmark label, I sent it USPS in a small, padded mailing envelope. I've noticed that delivery has been painfully slow. I will find the tracking number when I get home from work.

pharper999 @dandelionswish Please call me. I'm sure you do not expect me to pay a hundred dollars for a 21 bangle salute from Silpada that is missing two bangles. I know you are in direct sales for 31 as I was a Silpada rep. We don't sell products that are broken and missing parts as if they are complete. Poshmark is not answering but the shipping is of less concern to me than 100 dollars I'm out. We need to resolve this. Thanks

flippingthrfty @pharper999 as you're aware, I didn't know it was missing a bangle because I'm not a Silpada person, was simply selling items I no longer wear.. I reached out to Poshmark as I forwarded you on 3/13 to ask them to allow you to send it back to me for a full credit for you/me.

flippingthrfty @pharper999 when we spoke on 3/13 you said it was missing one? You originally accepted with 5 Star rating and then days later dropped it to 1 and called me. As you know I contacted Poshmark ASAP to try to help rectify. If Poshmark is willing to credit both of us and allow you to return, I am more than willing to accept return.

pharper999 @dandelionswish It has 20, I misspoke, I just recounted. I accepted because I had bought another off of Ebay and the user name doesn't show up on shipments. I thought his was yours. It was only after I opened yours I realized the first shipment wasn't "dandelionwish" Poshmark is not who is responsible for complying with the Consumer Protection Act. People aren't supposed to sell items as whole with missing parts.

I didn't try to sell you something faulty as I'm not a Silpada rep and got it second hand many years ago. I had no way of knowing you were reselling my item for a profit. I was simply selling things I no longer wear. I'm resending this since the previous post I was voice texting sent before I was able to edit it properly.

pharper999 They have been doing this a lot longer and are clearly more able to handle issues Ebay has a 30 refund policy. Poshmark packages have no identifier as to who the Posher is even on the packaging. There are flaws in the acceptance set up

flippingthrfty @pharper999 I emailed Poshmark again today requesting us both to be refunded for portions paid and the ability for you to do a return. If they are willing to cooperate then I'm happy to offer a return. As I made clear to you I do not sell Silpada I was unaware that the bangle bracelet had an issue so I did not willingly sell something knowing there was a problem with it. I will do the right thing via Poshmark guidelines. Please reach out to Poshmark for further questions regarding this issue.

pharper999 @dandelionswish I did reach out to them. Did you receive the money already from them? The answer is yes. They aren't set up to undo this. You posted it as a 21 gun salute. I've notified pay p a l of the issue. I'm notifying you. I had no idea what your real name was. Poshmark does not put usernames on the packaging so no way to know who is who. They need to alter that.
