callied0909 Hi, i purchased a dress from you in February for $40 including shipping it was $46.49. Just got my credit card statement and I see that my card was charged twice for The same purchase . I have contacted Poshmark customer service, I just wanted to let you know I am disputing the charge.

samwellington @dressshopstop, thank you for your offerings! I placed an order on the 5th, (perhaps too ambitiously) for mothers day. Are you managing to ship within 3-5 days or has the COVID impacted you? I am still holding hope that this may ship today... Could you let me know when you think you will be able to ship? daisyz5 Hello, I just received the gray dress I purchased for my daughters wedding. It is a beautiful dress but there are 2 issues with it..... there is a hole at the bottom of the zipper in the seam about 1 1/2-2 inches (in the center of my bottom). I could send you a picture if you’d like to give me your email or suggest how I could send it. Also in the photos you posted you also posted tags which made me think it was a new dress, but there are not any tags. I’d like to talk to you about this please.

dressshopstop @daisyz5 hello! I'm so sorry I didn't notice under the zipper! I spend a lot of time checking for any issues before shipping, so I apologize for missing that. As far as the tags, I don't know if they had fallen off or what happened but I will be more than glad to check my shop tomorrow and ship them to you if I see them! daisyz5 @dressshopstop well it’s not in the zipper, it’s actually below the zipper in the seam. Quite obvious, so I’m surprised you didn’t see it. It looks like you can see it when you zoom into the 1st picture you posted, the material isn’t smooth there. I’m not sure what a seamstress will charge to fix it. I guess I’ll just have to inquire. That’s really more my concern then the tag.

So, I really can't offer money to pay for the seamstress. Would you like me to request Poshmark to return the item back to me? Thank you so much for your understanding in this matter.

daisyz5 @dressshopstop I will take it to a seamstress tomorrow morning to see what they will charge. I can let you know as soon as I do that. If they have to take the liner off to get to it, it may be more than I can pay right now.
