neptual Hi Paige, I've opened a case with USPS on the package (your Burton coat) I sent you eleven days ago. I'm so sorry that it hasn't arrived to you as yet. Of course, it's out of my control but it is quite frustrating. I hope you are enjoying the holiday season. The Burton should be there surely before the first of the year. Thank you for your patience. Not that we have much choice in the matter.

neptual @usamex1 I've filed a claim. I have a number but don't want to put the number here. You have been very patient and I, at least, appreciate your patience. I, however, am annoyed to say the least. I've talked with two people at the USPS @ 540-829-8435. I'll keep you updated. Thank you again.

neptual Hey, so USPS has admitted to loosing the package. They have reimbursed me for the jacket. You need to let Poshmark know that you didn't recieve the item so they will return your money. I looked on my side to see if I can ask them to do it easily but I don't have a button for that. I will right to them but you have a button that asks specifically. I'm so sorry. This is a rare happening.

neptual @usamex1 I’m so sorry again. Make sure and check that you were refunded. They are pretty good at doing so. Visit my closet as often as you wish. Now that this has happened to you we can say lightening doesn’t strike twice often in the same spot. You should be good to go with receiving shipments. 🙄👍🏼😎
