ritarobinson45 @paigecarratturo you cannot open a case because the skirt doesn’t “fit” you. It was marked correctly as a 10 usa. Anyone knows Moschino knows it runs smaller. I provided the correct info! You cannot report a case because of this! It was labeled and shown in a picture on the listing. The listing also said it was black and brown! Dark chocolate is not a color choice on the Poshmark listings! Sell the skirt or donate it.

ritarobinson45 @paigecarratturo Poshmark emailed me saying you can’t return or refund an item because it doesn’t fit! Not my fault you can’t fit into it. It’s a 10 USA marked 3x places and pic of proof! You were given correct item. Don’t buy from me anymore this is beyond acceptable and my lawyer can press charges.

ritarobinson45 @paigecarratturo you cannot return a skirt back to me or other clothing bc it doesn’t fit! Sorry look at the pics from Poshmark posted about refunds due to sizing! It is an Italian skirt! It was marked 10 because that’s the USA sizing! Please donate the skirt or gift it! Or give it to good will! Poshmark will deny the case!

ritarobinson45 @paigecarratturo legally I cannot make a skirt a different size all because it doesn’t fit you! It’s a size 10! A 35 hip size is a size 10 according to target and Moschino! You can’t ask for a refund. I don’t want the skirt back idk who’s touched it after your friend tried it on that’s unsanitary. Poshmark clearly states you can’t return items bc they don’t fit! Just resell it if you are a seller as you say. Thank you!

ritarobinson45 @paigecarratturo Poshmark clearly states sellers list size according to tag. I did that! I’m a size 12 and it fit me. May want to re check your body measurements! No one has ever said my Moschino skirts don’t fit them. Knowledge about the brand is what you need. No refund for skirt that didn’t fit. Sorry!

ritarobinson45 @paigecarratturo Poshmark emailed me saying that skirt was listed correctly size 10 and they don’t do refunds if you can’t fit it! Moschino is a high end Italian brand. Donate the skirt. I don’t want it back it’s now way unsanitary after you saying friend(s) has tried it on that’s you & another person. Poshmark also told me your account you sold on was shut down due to violations.

ritarobinson45 @paigecarratturo Read the Poshmark policy says you can’t return it. I’m a size 12 and that skirt fit me just fine. It’s you not what I sold. That skirt was in perfect condition and a size 10. My lawyer is willing to seek action. Thank you!

ritarobinson45 @paigecarratturo hello. This is the sellers family lawyer. You cannot open a case because the skirt “does not fit you” “size should have been a 4”. After reviewing ALL the photos and listing, the seller is correct. It is a size “10 USA” and is clearly shown in a photo, on the listing twice and description. It is not the sellers fault. It was listed 100% accurately.

ritarobinson45 @paigecarratturo The hips measurements provided are correct for a size 10. A size 12 would have hip measurements 37-39” inches. You stated 35 inches. You cannot return or get a refund simply because you can’t fit into this skirt. You are also providing pictures that are exposing your undergarments and that is against the law. I will be able to press chargers as you are harming my clients business.

ritarobinson45 @paigecarratturo furthermore you have let “other” people try on this skirt. That is indeed “unnecessary” and definitely unsanitary as the seller mentioned. I have conducted with Poshmark and their policies. Sorry the skirt does not fit you. Donate the skirt, as my client will not refund you and this is just absurd.
