Great first listing... not sure if you read all of the articles on Poshmark, but I would highly suggest you do not trade with anyone (someone offered you a trade on there) - Poshmark guarantee any trades and there's a good chance you could be ripped off. I have a question for you, I'm new in here and I just sold a mk bag and the buyer is telling me that she don't like the size of the bag and she is asking me my address so she can send it back to me,.I told her to do the return process through poshmark but she insists that if a tell her my address she can just return it. Can you please advise me,.I don't know what to do in this case. Thank you

itsajonesthang @samseray ok this girl has purchased items before and knows what she's doing I think. After 4 days if she doesn't accept then the money will automatically go into your account. If she does not like the bag she has to go through Posh Support Center. Don't do anything else unless it's through Posh girl😉. You've made all the right steps😊

itsajonesthang @samseray I would tell her one more time that she will have to do this through POSHMARK that way both of you are protected incase the package gets lost in the mail. If she doesn't want to do that then after the 4 days if she continues to bother you, I would either block or report her. This is really the only way

kellyjean59 @samseray they have cancelled on my end. I don't know what's going on. I talk to the postmaster and he said if there was any problem with the label it should have been sent back to me on the return label. I have no clue it is cancelled on my end. This is never happened to me before so I don't know how to deal with it parently Poshmark doesn't either. Once again I'm truly sorry
