I had told the staff that I had heard from you and did not want the order to be cancelled, but they said they had a mandatory policy that they cancel the order themselves if it has not been shipped in 21 days. When things settle down for you, if you still want to sell the INC item, I will re-purchase it. In the meantime, I hope things improve for you soon.
