You purchased the Dooney bag from me and should have received it already. I want to apologize for it's delay, I did send it Saturday, March 17th, and somehow the postal service is having a hard time delivering. I can't open a search for it til tomorrow, thay make you wait 7 day before you can. Just wanted you to know that I'm trying to find it for you. Once again I'm sorry for it's delay.

I really don't know what happens, I've never had this problem either. But I will not give up til this is resolved, hope sooner than later. I always ship that day or the day after, assumming everyone else is like me, and want their purchase like now! So I apologize again and will try to get this cleared up as soon as ii is possible. I was thinking it might have had something to do with all that crazy stuff in Ausin Texas? but didn't know.
