tmhometreasures @pttwins Hi Pam - If you still haven’t heard from Poshmark - open a claim. You do that on the acceptance page. I believe there is an option that says “problem with order” and something that says “wrong item” or something similar. I’m trying to get in touch with Posh. I so wish they would just let us handle these situations ourselves. You would have had your cool shoes by now :) Let me know if this works. Thank you!
