Hey sammi. I hear this happens, buyer lies and says received a dirty item, not true, then posh sides with the buyer, theres no customer service number and they dont respond, ive been doing ebay for 5 years with 5 star rating, all i sellis brand new high end stuff NEVER dirty clothing been doing posh for 3 weeks and sold a few things already, i shipped out a top this week and the jerk gave me a 2 star review saying shipping took wayyyyy too long and was dirty

I also threw in abrand new cute tee!!! I told her she was lying and thats how she must get a free wardrobe. She changed the rating to 5 star after that and said to make sure next time i wash clothing i ship out!!! I was SO pissed i said she was lying again and not a newbie to all this. I wanted to tell her go smoke some more crack but let it go, i emailed posh and said i BETTER get paid and rediculous theres no contact phone number
