dbmac Hello. I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. The shoes are listed as an 8.5, they were never advertised as a sz 9. The listing also states that the shoes have been worn. I clean all items before shipping them. I am always willing to post additional photos of an item, I will also entertain offers. Thank you.
