meltemsburr Hi, you wanted to purchase an MZ Wallace Crosby bag that I’d posted. I was about to ship it to you this morning and I realized that the bottom (underneath) of the bag actually has some stains on it. I had not realized this and had not photographed it. I do not want to send you something you might not want. So I’d like to send you a photo of the bottom of the bag.

meltemsburr Like I said I was wrapping it to ship it yesterday morning when I noticed the staining in the bottom. I took a picture and sent it to Poshmark’s customer service, asked them how I could send you this picture. I can’t attach it to this type of messaging & I can’t update the listing itself. It won’t allow me to edit. It has not been shipped yet. I wanted you to see the photo of the bottom of the bag before shipping.

mereves @meltemsburr sorry- Poshmark said it had been shipped so I was confused. I think at this point I’d like to cancel the sale. That way you will be able to upload the photos and I can buy again if the stains are no issue. I appreciate your honesty & concern.

meltemsburr @mereves Their customer service is poor. It’s over 24 hours of waiting to get any response and what they say doesn’t work. As for your purchase—it’s fine, cancel it. I still cannot update the listing. The system doesn’t let me.

mereves @meltemsburr Agreed - slow response and not helping us. They responded that they cannot cancel the sale since the item has been shipped. I explained that it has not been shipped. They said if you reach out to them (you already have) they can assist with adding a photo, I stated again we both agreed to cancel the sale. I guess we just wait again for their response.

mereves @meltemsburr support just emailed and gave 2 options. Either you can initiate a cancellation now on my behalf or I can wait until day 8 after sale and cancel if the item has not been shipped. Whatever works best for you is fine with me. Thank you!

meltemsburr @mereves Thanks for your message. I just wrote to them again. An e-mail just came to me a few minutes ago. They’re useless and I’m frustrated. Don’t have time for this. You are not responsible for this purchase obviously. If anyone with a brain reads the response I sent, they’ll cancel the order.

I sold a long sleeve black Ralph Lauren sweater to someone weeks ago with a shipping address provided by Poshmark to Hawaii. Could that be the item? It’s like someone may be scamming the PM system? I’ll notify PM too. I only use the labels poshmark provides. Strange.

mereves @mimiccg I just checked my recent orders & it shows that on August 18 you purchased my Eileen Fisher salmon colored boxy linen sweater for $20. I used the PM label and did all I was supposed to do. Could it be you purchased this item in error?

mereves Gosh, now I'm really confused. I've never had an Eileen Fisher blazer for sale. As far as I know and in checking my USPS trancing receipts I've only shipped one item to you. I'll keep checking but I'm really stymied. Hope PM can help us figure this out. I'm happy the sweater worked:)

mega352 Hi! I bought a Milkbarn outfit from you this summer. Unfortunately, it had tiny little tears around the neck. It looked more like a manufacturing issue, not damage that occurred from something you did. I contacted Milkbarn shortly after it and they wrote back and said if I send proof of purchase, they can send me a new one. Is this something you can send? Sorry I'm just now bringing this up. I completely forgot about it until now. I can forward my email from Milkbarn if you'd like.

mereves @mega352 I can try to retrieve it but Poshmark only lets us communicate via poshmark. Probably the best I can do at this point is refund your $ but I’ll contact PM support tomorrow and ask.

mega352 @mereves Thanks! I will see if I can work work Milkbarn and let you know. I don't think it's your fault since it was a NWT item and the item had tiny little holes all at the neck, which to me seemed like it would be a manufacturing issue.

mega352 It looks like Milkbarn does need to know where it was originally purchased. Can you provide that info so I can share with them and get a replacement? Either that or issue a refund since without this info I can't get a replacement.
