erinhporter Hi Pam. You purchased a bundle from me that you returned and created a case. I’m still unsure why you were unhappy with your purchase. Checked the shoes again and no marks. The shoes were in perfect condition and never worn as described. I have a near perfect rating 4.9 so I apologize for your disappointment.

pasue @restartgrace the gaucho jeans level 99 were mailed to Anaheim Ca from Same location. I’ve mentioned it to support so we can get this figured out. If u check the track # it will show the delivery location.
