mommie2gb @ann5896 I responded and asked for clarity. A photo would be helpful, how was it damaged if it was in a secondary box? Don’t you have a second identical pair in box listed? You could substitute. Clearly I am not paying the same price for damaged goods.

ann5896 The shoes weren't damaged at all. The box is damaged. I don't have another shoe box and don't have another set of these shoes available in a box. I totally understand the reason why the box so important. I'll cancel the order. I'm sorry that happened, Pam.
