But I have tried many times last nite / this morn I cannot access the verification code to recv the prepd shipping label / I have reached out to Poshmark but haven’t recvd any response / I will not be able to ship my first order in timely manner If I can’t get the prepaid ship label / pls advise thank you so much !!!! I would just pay to ship but that would get awfully expensive / ty 🙏 Any advice greatly appreciated for first time seller Pam Dent

Good Morning and Congratulations to your first sale. Poshmark sends you the shipping label in your Email also look under sales scroll down you find your shipping label there. If the label is not in your Email nor under sales you have to wait until Poshmark contacts you which takes about a day.

Also, Under sales when you scroll down all the way you find Order Inquiry, use that to let them know that you haven't received your Label. Don't send your package until you receive the label.

Good Morning. I am sorry that this is happening. It seems unusual, I have never had a problem with shipping labels. Have you checked the Poshmark Support Center?
If not, go to the Poshmark Support Center scroll down to I can't find my shipping label in my Email. It could be possible that they have a wrong Email.

Poshmark support only told me to check everything I already checked / sadly they r not responsive nor helpful / I attempt to put in my cell number & it forwards to verification page - that is fine

But I never recv the code to my email new spam or otherwise / I don’t have a verification code so I can’t access a ship label & if I can’t access a ship label I can’t ship so I can’t sell /

Very disappointed as I have a very nice closet to share with Poshmark esp for the Holidays🎁 But I’ve run out of ideas - I even turned off my cell & computer

The verification code usually goes to your phone messages. So, check if they got your right phone number. As a Poshmark Ambassador I am not able to do a lot more then I have. You may want to let your customer know that you are not able to send the purchase until you get a label from Poshmark.

Just keep on going, your Poshmark Closet is beautiful. I would keep on sending them messages until your situation is fixed and keep in contact with the Buyer, you also can cancel the purchase on the grounds that you don't have a Label. I think that's very professional.
In time things get fixed.

@8christelle8 ty Ty Ty I just sent my first order & paid $14 out of pocket to ship the beautiful Mackenzie Child canister as I didn’t want to disappoint the customer 🎁and then got in trouble with Poshmark support for not using a prepaid label 🤦♀️but they have yet to reach out to me to try to resolve But I will stay positive and hopefully they will 🙏funny thing is my son is a coder and may have to ask him to do their job to help me 😉🙏💖
