pamwykoff I need help. I put the wrong Elaine address in and I change it and it says it will send me a verification code but since it’s the wrong email I can’t get it. I’ve sent customer service questions and of course they can’t answer me bc of the wrong email???

pamwykoff @msteph13 I need help and can’t figure it out. I put the wrong email address and now can’t change it. I put the correct one in the. I get a verification code but they can’t send it to me bc of the wrong address. I’ve tried everything. Call the Poshmark customer service number to be told they don’t offer phone support so contact them through the app. They maybe have answered but I can’t get it again bc of the incorrect email

msteph13 @pamwykoff Hmm the only think I would know to do would be to go to your icon in the bottom right corner. Then click my profile, then at the bottom account info. You should be able to switch your email and password. The only other thing I would know to do is making another account , but I am sure there is another way without having to do that. I will keep looking around and see if I can figure it out but for now that is the best advice I have!
