Hi! I wanted to let you know that I shipped your tie dye sweater days ago, but for some reason the tracking has not been scanned yet. It has never taken this long to start tracking before, so I’m not sure what’s going on. I reached out to Poshmark letting them know that I tried shipping it already it and to see if there are any steps I should take. Anyways, I’m sorry about this delay!! I really don’t know why the tracking hasn’t stated yet. -Ali

@hooks319 Just wanted to let you know that I called USPS and they said it’s possible the package is still on its way and maybe just missed getting scanned originally. They said to give it a couple days to see if it shows up and hopefully they’ll scan it just before it gets delivered. I opened a case with them, which just means they’re investigating what happened and will give me more info if they find out anything. I will let you know if I hear anything. Sorry again for this inconvenience!!
