pamsposhcloset1 @caitlinrbarr hi, I am also very disappointed in this process. I lost this jacket that I left at the post office, expecting it to ship through Poshmark and UPS. I filed a report both with Poshmark and with my post office and this claim has been resolved with Poshmark. I was told my claims through Poshmark were communicated with you, and that you have been refunded. I do share in your frustrations and wish you the best.
