I am so sorry, I have just realized I shipped you the wrong item. You will be receiving 2 pairs of boys khaki pants instead of the black heels you ordered. I plan to ship you the shoes tomorrow. I have contacted postmark to see how to resolve the issue, I will let you know when I hear from them what I should do.

I have received information from poshmark. They say to open a formal return case within 72hours of delivery. I guess from there it will give you instructions on what to do. I'm so sorry about this.

Hi. I wanted to know if you had received your item back yet and if the shoe order was cancelled or if you mail them. I really like those shoes. I currently have a pair but they are just about done for and was lucky enough to find yours. Thanks for the update.

I am so sorry for the delay on the cream pumps. I was going to ship them tomorrow. My printer went out so I couldn't print the label for usps to pick them up and I have no vehicle at the moment. But I just got another printer. I am usually very good about getting things out asap. So if you want to reconsider and are still interested I'd be happy to get them right out to you. If not I understand.
