pamela3163 @perfectpicks876 Thank you! I had an entire greenhouse filled with my late grandma‘s plants and my plants, which were all started from hers. They were snug and warm in the greenhouse with two heaters and two heat lamps and the electricity went out and it got down to -2 here and everything was lost. Entire generations of plants gone and one winter storm. I am so heartbroken.

perfectpicks876 @pamela3163 As an avid plant lover, I dearly sympathize with you. I know the pain of losing a few plants here and there but what you suffered is truly heartbreaking. I’m so deeply sorry.🌵🪴🌿💚💚💚. I have a couple of plants started from my grandmas plants who is still here at 98 years old and I treasure them. I hope you’ll be able to slowly build a collection again.

pamela3163 @perfectpicks876 my grandma was 97 when I lost her last year. Every single one of my plants started from a leaf or stem that broke off of hers. Wed joke when a little bit would break off of a plant, wed say “oh no I guess I’m going to have to stick that in a pot and try to grow it!” And that’s how my entire plant collection got started❤️ i’ve asked all my friends and family and everyone I know to donate a leaf.
