susie_hamm Hi Pamela, I am mailing off the Lilly Halter that you purchased from me today. while I was packing it, I notice that the top has some spots on the interior of the straps. It's more than likely self tanner. you can't see it at all once on and I had to look hard to see it at all. I just wanted you to know. Thank you for your purchase and enjoy your Lilly!! Susie
