All you have to do is hit the sell button and share(but I am a Seller not a buyer on poshmark and I deal directly with Buyers in the Real industry to Sell items (you need to post 100% allergenic on paper or on the jewelry your items in proof as some of your items do not look like hypo allergenic.

And I really don't know if its a good idea as if anything goes wrong then your not covered as its not a sale through poshmark and if that seller or buyer your trading with, Dosen"t have item or ship empty box or lies and when you are honest they might not keep up their end and poshmark can"t help as its not a. Sale / Since its a Trade. (you can write to poshmark support and see.)

ldigiallonardo @vallouise2320 Thank you for your answer I didn’t even think about all of those things that could occur, what we ended up doing with selling each other the boots at three dollars each and hopefully posh Mark will back it up some problems arise.
