pamelalouise12 @oliviaellenn thank you for reaching out! I actually just got it, Poshmark said it was delivered Dec 21. It was a different item, this is my first time using Poshmark so I don't know how this stuff works! The item delivered to me was a yellow sweater.

oliviaellenn @pamelalouise12 Yes I’m not sure if it’s my email or my brain that switched the labels I’m sorry! More than likely my “holiday brain”, are you able to submit a return? If so return it and the other buyer is doing the same and I’ll ship the proper one. If not let me know and/or just shoot w message to the company saying we have an agreement to return the item and get the right one delivered, just need a return label. Thank you so much, again so sorry for the mix up!

pamelalouise12 Hi Olivia, I don't see an option for a return, but I might not be looking in the right place! Could you message poshmark and process the return through them? Does poshmark then send me a return label? or do I just take it to the post office? Thank you for your help!
