tj995 I am new to Posh and I am having problems printing the label for your earrings. When I try to print, I get this error - We encountered an error due to buyer's address. Buyer must update their shipping address. [Error Code: 1014]. I contacted support and I hope this gets to you. Would you look at your address and if there is an issue, would you correct? If not, I will be happy to process a refund or do whatever we need to do to work this out. Sorry.
